      image Ever since this store added the "do it yourself kiosks", the customer service has disappeared. Instead of assisting customers, you walk in, and they point at the kiosks and tell you to do it yourself. I'm not comfortable using these types of machines, and want the clerk to assist me to insure the package is processed correctly. Self checkout works for some-I prefer to work with a live person. To have a clerk lean on the counter, and try to tell you what needs to be done, is nothing but laziness on their part. When they figure out you need help, and have to walk out from behind the counter, it's like you're a "stupid person attitude" they bring with them. In the future, I'll be taking my packages to Amazon via Whole Foods-this company doesn't want my business.......
