You really should hire drivers that are far more professional, everyone would be better off if your DHL vans were not on the road. DX 21785.

This company provides zero customer service or information. The tracking updates only list a date - no timeframe. There are no day of delivery updates provided. When you call them even customer service representatives have no way to communicate with the driver. They can send a message to the driver but no way to get an answer from the driver! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if possible
Update - after I wrote the original review I was emailed by a customer service representative. I waited another 1.5 hours then was informed that my parcel was not being delivered on the scheduled date. I was given a 2 hour window the following day which they missed by over 2 hours!
