        I went to the location in Soho yesterday and they were incredibly rude and tried to price gouge me. I went to this location today and it was the polar opposite. The employee could not have been kinder or more professional. It was truly a pleasure.

        Kevin is the store manager and he is awesome! Every time I call he knows my name and mailbox number. I never know the size box I need or the dimensions of anything I need to ship, but he knows EVERYTHING! The team also has excellent customer service and a great attitude.Kevin is my favorite Ben Afleck lookalike
