I just came in today to return a package and why is it so hot in there? I felt like I just left a sauna. Never wanted to leave an establishment quicker. I feel even worse for the workers who have to sit through that for multiple hours. This better be fixed by the next time I return or I am never coming back. At least the customer service was good.

Jade, Yes, our AC went out Friday but even though AC was not working we did our best to be there with a friendly service to get your return processed. Good news is AC was fixed at the earliest possible time we could get the AC company to come in. As of 9 AM Saturday AC was back up and running. I hope you don't judge the whole store and staff for a technical issue. Thank you very much and we are sorry any hardship this could have caused.
