Visit the Telefix store to buy a phone. I told the seller I was looking for something around $400 and he offered me some AirPods Pro included in the price. After signing the contract, I realized that the phone was used and had a 96% battery. Also, the headphones they gave me turned out to be fake. I felt cheated when I saw the final bill was $3,000 for a phone that was 6 years old. When I went back to the store to request a refund, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. So, I decided to call the financing company. The solution they offered me was to pay a two-month fee, which is equivalent to about $400, and then send them the phone. This way, I would be left with nothing. I found the situation very frustrating and disappointing. In addition to what was mentioned above, I want to add that my experience at Telefix leads me to suggest that you do not buy from this store. The sellers were not transparent with me and deceived me by offering me a used phone for a much higher price than I expected to pay. They also gave me fake headphones instead of the AirPods Pro I was promised. I didn't like feeling scammed in this way, and I think other buyers could go through the same thing if they decide to buy from Telefix. Therefore, I suggest that you avoid this store and look for other more reliable and honest options for your purchases.
