place told me to purchase a SSD drive for my mac. claimed SSD was bad. said i could save money if I purchased on on my own. didn't suggest any retailer to purchase it from. I purchased it. Found out repair person had no idea what he was talking about anything and the repair was not my SSD. There was a restocking charge for my SSD so I had to eat that cost. Lesson learned: don't take anything to these people unless its the simplest of repairs. Otherwise prepare to be misinformed and maybe sold something you don’t need.

They did a great job fixing my Bose Cinemate II speakers after they mysteriously stopped working after a move. Bose Support was of not much help and mis-diagnosed and made me purchase a new interface module for $79 but still didn't work. The whole process took about 3 weeks. Then they wanted $299 and ship them the whole device for a fix. Shipping the speakers and woofer would have cost me another $100 and may be another month wait. So went and tried this place. Will did a great job and fixed it for $50!! As per their name, they truly saved my device! Thanks guys!
