Was supposed to pick up a reserved rental today. I got there and they told me they didnt have any cars available and they would call me. I never got a call. I called them 3 times and still got the same excuse. Now its 4 and they close at 5 and no one is picking up the phone.

Worked with Demi on getting a rental that would work best for my family after a recent accident. Demi was very engaging and patient in answering my various questions. Although it was rather busy on a late Monday morning, she would repeatedly come out to the waiting area to give status updates on vehicles while at the same time checking those waiting to reserve their rental. Overall, quick and efficient service and would definitely come back to this location! Thanks again for the support

Let me start by saying how excited I am to do this review! My experience from pick up to drop off was so smooth, Quick, and stress free! I was assisted by Demi, (Sorry it I did not spell it correctly) I have not rented a car in about 2 years plus from enterprise and For my daughters Birthday I decided to book one. Let me tell you how Demi took care of me! She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was informed on additional stress free methods like Daily ins, prepay for gas, Roadside assistance etc She didnt make me feel rushed or worried. Thank you Demi for the amazing time experience!!!
