I just resigned my lease at the American Landmark property, Palmetto Point, in San Antonio for a 3rd time. I am the only one who has ever lived in this apartment. It has become our home. We absolutely love the community here...summers are the best at the (gorgeous) pool and grilling area. The Staff is so incredibly helpful and wonderful. We love Katherine and Jessica...they're always so helpful and understanding. The maintenance team, Aaron, Matt, Jo, are the best - I trust they always get the job done the right way and they're always looking out. I love living here and will continue to do so! Thanks for making this a great place to live!!

I have been at Lakefront Villas for a couple years now, and never had an issue that wasnt resolved. We have personally dealt with Jessica for numerous things and shes always been wonderful and willing to help however she can, and she is always very responsive. LT has also always helped as well and we appreciate her greatly. I have only spoke with Christian once but she has been very nice. Maintenance is always quick and efficient and friendly as well. Problems are always dealt with a resolved in a timely manner. My only issue is, I wish neighbors would be more respectful with leashing pets and cleaning up after them. And Id love if the hot tub worked, other than that, I have no complaints. We try to be neighborly and do or part. Outside of that we are happy and appreciative of the staffing here and our apartment!

I live at an American Landmark property and it has been my home for nearly a year and a half. Every time I come to the leasing office, I am always greeted with a friendly smile, great professional service, and an attitude that the staff loves their jobs. I have praised in the past on the responsiveness and attention to detail for every need I have ever had. American Landmark employees make each month a little bit better as they participate in resident events and making them very fun and memorable. I recommend to all my friends that they should consider moving to an American Landmark property if they are searching for a place to call home.
