This is truly a great place to live. After the rigors of work, I gladly look forward to coming home here! Peaceful, clean, nice amenities, great staff, can literally walk to Dave and Buster's or Top Golf, Bubba's, Texas Roadhouse, etc. Close to a major mall, Wal Mart, and interstate and crosstown...Great location!

Worse apartments in Brandon, the walls are very thin so you hear music all day and night from your neighbors, including them having sex. The pool or gym is always closed for maintenance. They scam people out of their deposit once you move out, especially if they dont have anyone to move in when you move out. I was told it makes their residence look bad with empty apartments on the lot. So they charge you for that month you move out and add liquidation fees stating you didnt give notice even if proof is provided, so they recoup their losses. Oh and also, they charge a cleaning fee even if the apartment is cleaned upon exit, and its hidden in the pet part of the lease in the special addendum that they charge this fee regardless cleaned or not. Lots of people have had issues with securing their security deposit upon exit, dont believe ask the maintenance team about this residence methods. I would not move in here worse experience, staff doesnt conduct business professionally.

This review is solely not for my apartment as a whole, BUT for the way these apartments were built and honestly my upstairs neighbor. The walls are so thin for the past two years I have heard my upstairs neighbor sound like big foot stomping non stop. Loud dragging sounds, and sometimes banging that makes my apartment vibrate. Ive been woken out of my sleep numerous times because of my inconsiderate neighbor dropping something at 3/4:00 a.m. I have calmly/ nicely asked the neighbor to maybe tone it down just a little but since she has gotten more loud and honestly has to be on purpose. I have reached out to my leasing office so much. And they have tried to help me but they can only do so much due to corporate I love this apartment as a whole but IF YOU MORE HERE I ADVISE MAYBE THE 4th FLOOR so you dont hear a dinosaur neighbor upstairs. While you try to work from home and also try to sleep. Ive also had company over for movie/game night & dinner and everytime they hear this neighbor and it ruins the whole evening. She is so loud and has no care in the world for anyone. Its horrible and honestly upsetting to pay for a quiet living space thats considered luxury but have to suffer from noises that are considered everyday living when its excessive. I dont know any human who can stomp as hard as this woman upstairs, sounds like she has concrete boots on and walks back and forth all day!
