First Of All Jayden the Maintenance Man is Soooooo Awesome and He Nice And He Do Great Repairs But the Old Management Alyssa Was A Nightmare I Would Cry Almost Every Night Because She Didnt Care and She Had A Nasty Attitude She Was Just Evil and We Was Gonna Break Our Lease Because Of Her Now Thank God I Was Praying Please God Help Us In This Situation and God Answer Our Prayers Yes We Now Have New Management and They Are Sooooo Awesome and Have Compassion Thank You a Trillion Matt the New Management and Also Thanks Jen Too I Now Sleep Good And I Feel Sooooo Relaxed Thank You God I Now Can Enjoy Our Apartment Before I Didnt Enjoy Our Apartment Im Still Praying For Alyssa Please God Bless Her and Take Care Of Her We In This World Needs Love and Compassion We On Earth Need To Be a Blessing Not a Menace To Society

I used to like living here but maintenance has been really poor quality lately. At least once a month I have the smoke detectors chirping and/or breaking. They have replaced them all more than 2 times and keep using old detectors or not really fixing the actual issue. Last night the smoke detector in my room started chirping at 1am. I did not sleep the whole night. Called the emergency maintenance line, no one answered. Submitted 2 orders through their website early in the morning, they never came and its 1pm already. It keeps chirping and its a very annoying sound. Im unable to sleep and barely work from my room because of the noise. Happy to be leaving this community next month. Initially I wanted to stay here and move in to a 1 bedroom and renew a 12month lease, but the property manager never even cared to schedule an appointment with me, left my last email on read after several attempts to discuss transfer of lease, which made me go look for another communities and give up on trying to stat here. Seems like they dont care and the maintenance team comes over, barely checks the issues and leave within minutes. Very disappointed.
