        Location was a little weird since it's behind three other buildings but the rooms were spacious and overall the area wasn't to bad price was good too. Kinda looked like the didn't vacuum under the bed though I almost didn't notice.

        I left my son birthday card with my iPad. They refused to return the birthday card with money and prepaid card. When call over the phone they said it at the front desk, than when came to get the told they put in the trash. They literally stole from a child. The front desk employee didnt want me to talk to the manager, he being difficult and unhelpful. I will never stay again. All want is my son money.

        Our holiday destination is Tallahassee. We enjoy the city as it is less busy than the usual Daytona or Tampa areas. March 2024 would mark our 10th year we have stayed at this hotel. This year we were greated by Keron and Quentessa . Both were friendly and courteous. We stayed for 11 days. Rooms were clean and quiet. Cleaning staff did not speak English but had a mobile app translator which made conversation easier. All in all a very good experience and will continue to stay at this red roof inn. Thanks to all and keep up the excellent service. Oh and our dog loved it too.
