By looking at the results I think I should tell my family that we should get are money back so we do not have to stay here. You should close to get your place good nobody wants to go there.

Clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast had lots of options. Staff were nice. Walking distance to lots of places to eat. Nearby activities: Restaurants and shopping Walkability: Safe srea Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants

Great place, very clean. The rooms are very spacious. I am curious about the story behind why they have to have that warning next to the sprinkler head on the ceiling.

The worst experience I have had with Hilton. After a tiring Journey from Toronto (Canada) to Orlando and the driving roughly 5 to Tallahassee, I have always booked Hilton which ever city I travel. The room Booked was a studio. I checked in the room 223 was assigned when I came to the room it was a huge 2 full-size beds which was a handicapped assisted room. I was fine as I had to spent the night. When I went for a shower it was broken and due to no water stopper on the shower area, the washroom was flooded with water. When I took my concern to the front desk he told me the hotel was full booked. I told him he should have informed me and I would have checked in some other hotel as the room had issues. The front desk guy raised his volume saying he works at the desk and has no knowledge of the rooms. Later I asked for his name and told him I sill be reporting his incident to the Manager in the morning, he pulled off his name tag me so I could not get his name and raised his hand to assault me. I told him all the things are being recorded on the camera behind him. Later he called tge cops and got me out of the hotel. I have raised a police complaint. I WILL NEVER EVER USE HILTON AND DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

I stay at hotels year-round. I've had poor experiences at hotels before, but I never felt the need to say anything. However, the interaction I had with the employee at this hotel's front desk was by far the worst experience I've ever had with hotel staff. He was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful towards me and towards others around him. Despite that, my wife and I still checked into Home2 into Room 237. Upon entering the room, my wife spotted the biggest roach we have ever seen. Attached is a picture of it. We quickly went to the front desk, and they gave us a room another floor up, Room 304. We moved our things into Room 304. However, we began to see small roaches throughout the room and hallway. There is also a picture attached of one of those smaller ones. We did some research, and apparently, the roaches are a common problem at Home2 in Tallahassee. We found out that many people on Google Reviews have pictures and stories of the roaches there. My wife ended up moving our stay elsewhere. I would recommend you do the same.
