CVS

I went to CVS yesterday and Caleb helped me. He was the kindest most wonderful person Ive encountered in a long time. He encouraged me to pass it on to the next person I met. So I did. I hope this beautiful chain of happiness is still going strong. Be kind, show love, help one another. Be Caleb!

This CVS is awful. I had my prescription sent in from my doctor on 03/06. As of today, 03/16 I am still without my medication. The pharmacist insisted that I just get medicine off the shelf, instead of her filling it for me. I had To ARGUE with her that I wanted my prescription that I normally get. Stupidly I listened to her and have been having the worst side effects. I feel SO helpless and these people at this pharmacy just dont care. I left the store super upset when a manager followed me out and told me if I wrote a review about the pharmacy it would only affect the front of the store. Nice try. I will be writing reviews everywhere to warn people about these people.

Not enough people working in the pharmacy to handle the amount of customers. After getting in line, typical wait time for pick up is 45 minutes to an hour.

This place is a complete joke, you can't even get a human being on the line to check to see about your scripts before you drive 20 mins to go get them. This place needs closed down!
