        My AC went out last year and they were recommended to me by a friend. The first technician came out and told me everything was fine and I just needed freon. Then it went out again 2 days later and the next technician told me there was a massive leak right at the base. On top of this they are still trying to charge me for 2 visits. Service: HVAC system maintenance

        We recently had our aging AC replaced by Shannon and his team. They did outstanding work, providing outstanding service, and all at an outstanding price. We have zero complaints, and based on our experience I can't recommend them enough. CCOP is now our go-to climate control service in the Pensacola area.

        Rude and unprofessional, they don't call you back, waited 3 weeks for service and never got any. Had to find another company. highly NOT recommended. Worst experience I had with a service company.
