Hugh's Air Repair LLC

We had our AC and furnace replaced by Hugh's Air Repair. It was not straight forward and required the water heater be removed and an increase in the size of the intake plenum was performed. We had two technicians show up in the morning and almost completed the installation by that evening. One of the technicians was Stephen Matthew but I do not remember the name of the other. The only thing that was left for the next day was a furnace test. The work was excellent and they were both very professional in their efforts and communication. They also instaled an improved drain on the water heater. On the next day they made a special trip out to answer our questions and adjust the settings to our particular needs. I was extremely pleased with the service, installation, and honesty they exhibited. I would highly recommend this company this company. .

My technician Stephen was very honest, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Stephen explained everything to me very well. Didn't take long for him too give me a diagnosis. I already had a technician from a larger company come out twice previously and neither time gave the correct diagnosis and explained It would be cheaper to buy a new mini- split. What he explained to me was not making since and gave the impression that he was not very knowledgeable about mini- split units. He just gave me the sells pitch. Turned out the issue was low freon and should have been easy to diagnose which Stephen did. The charged was very fair and I highly recommend Hugh's for any AC work needed.
