We purchased our downstairs unit from Advanced Cooling in 2017 and received excellent service. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago 2021 and our upstairs unit decided to stop working. I contacted Jason with Advanced Cooling around 3 pm on a Tuesday and he was at my house at 8 am the next morning to help. We came up with a solution and I ordered a whole new unit. He gave us 2 different pricing options which I find to be excellent customer service. Jason made us a priority because our upstairs unit was completely down, he didn't have to do this. I highly recommend Advanced Cooling Solutions for excellent prices, great customer service, and an overall good personal attitude towards life. Jason and his crew arrived on time as promised. They worked quickly and efficiently, installing our new AC with very little disruption to the household activities. They cleaned up after themselves, and were finished by 5 pm. Jason clearly explained what he was doing and why, through each step. He clearly explained the billing, which matched the estimate. There were no surprises, except for this being a painless procedure. We are very pleased with our new unit, and we most definitely will use Advanced Cooling Solutions for maintenance, and will recommend them to friends, family, and anyone who asks.
