After dealing with a dishonest company who was trying to overcharge and to scam us into replacing my only 4 year old a/c unit, we decided to get a 2nd opinion-I called Trinity Heating and Air after reading so many positive reviews , I'm so glad we did!! The reviews are all true!! John , the owner came out a few hours after I called and did a simple fix and got our a/c unit working in no time-John's customer service and knowledge is top notch! He goes above and beyond! If you are looking for a professional, prompt , fair pricing ,and honest A/C and heating company- Trinity Air is the company for you! You won't regret it! I already have them on speed dial ! I highly recommend!

Trinity saved me big time! Another company quoted me 4x what Trinity did, but John discovered that four of the five parts that needed replacing didn't need to be replaced. Trinity is a trustworthy company and John is a lifesaver!

I called John earlier as my unit suddenly stopped working last night. John not only came and fix the problem that I had. But also educated me with what had happened to my unit and kept me in the loop of things. He is extremely professional and realible. Highly recommend!
