Chase Bank

Your ATM drive through tech needs better customer service skills. The cones were not blocking the lane so of course I go on it. I beep my horn because hes just sitting in his unmarked white van clearly on his phone. He gets upset and says you dont see the cones? What if I have a disability or just clearly the cones didnt not block off the lane. Anyways hes rude and maybe if he spent his time fixing the ATm instead of being in his phone the process for customers will be quicker. I guess this is what happens when chase hires inadequate workers

?? STARS (update: we'll see) Original Post (posted Dec. 2021) Of all the Chase branches available in the greater Orlando area, this one has the worst customer service of any! There has never been a visit when I didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be helped. Inside, the line of customers is always to the door; despite there being six to eight agents in sight. Most are behind desks ignoring the line. All but one behind the counter have their windows closed. And that one who's working the inside counter is also running back and forth to the drive-up window. The outside drive-up window is just as bad, with a line of cars waiting, and an agent that seems to come check on the line only every ten minutes. The time I spoke about it to the manager, she acted like this was normal; and she was proud of the level of service being given. They give the distinct impression that they'd prefer their customers to switch to online banking only. There is another Chase branch about 5 miles away. I find I get my banking finished quicker by driving to the farther branch, despite the additional travel time. Sad situation. Shame on you, Chase - Waterford Lakes! FOLLOW UP: (posted Jan. 2022) Well maybe, just maybe, they've finally got the message. This month I've made three visits to the drive-up window, and each time the service wasn't too bad. Perhaps they have a new manager. Or maybe made a new year's resolution. I'll keep watching ...

Find another bank other than Chase. Was a victim of a scam. Chase returned the funds no questions asked. However, after their investigation it was determined there was no fraud involved. Now all of a sudden they wanted their money back. I was unemployed at the time and went to this branch to try to get some kind of payment plan established to re-pay the amount. No one even the main customer service wanted to work with me.

I should've red the reviews befor I went to that location. Despite the fact that I walked in the branch the bank manager standing there nobody great me so I went to the teller letting her know that I have an appointment while the manager is less than 3 feet away too busy talking to one of his bankers that the teller called him several times couldn't even get his attention then he walked away toward the entrance still didn't notice finally I had to walk up to him to let him know about my appointment I had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time finally got one of the bankers not only that he didn't know how to help me with a simple transfer from another bank to my account with Chase he takes phone calls while he supposed to find the transfer form that he lied about having access to. I told him I got this form form a different branch without even asking for it.. But since it was missing some blank pages the other bank won't grant the request. unfortunately that branch is temporarily closed Finally instead of helping me fill out the form properly he only gave me website to send it to.. Worst bank customer service Ive ever experienced
