This branch is always my favorite of them all. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and cares about my path to financial success. The manager Bia is so attentive to my financial needs and goals and i couldnt be happier for such a fantastic customer service. Thank you guys!!

Banking with Regions has been great. Their online banking is very good and simple, and their fees are reasonable. My mortgage is also with Regions, and I recently opened a checking account at this branch for my niece, with zero monthly fees and no minimum balance, because she is a student. So far, each teller at this branch has provided me with outstanding customer service, without exception. In the most part, I've been dealing with Ms. Bia Rodrigues - Branch manager/VP. She is professional and smart with a get-it-done attitude. So, in response to some of the negative reviews... if you have a banking issue or if you're dealing with someone who's not providing you with solutions, go directly to Ms. Bia Rodrigues. She'll fix it with a smile, which has been my experience with her for years.
