In short, bad customer service and they don't do their jobs. My auto loan was paid off and they failed to report it. Now I can't get a car loan at a decent rate due to no loan history. They also refuse to report it because they know they are in violation of law. Go someplace else where they actually do their jobs.

If you have a family member with this bank and your family member owes money this bank will withdraw it out of your account. I do not trust them with my money. Now Im short on bills. I would recommend this bank to hear the conversation Felix had with my family member and better coach him on how to properly speak to people because no one disrespected him. Mind you weve been with this bank for 10 years. Thank you Felix from Orlando Credit Union you are a good example on how to loose loyal customers.
