        The Arnold Palmer branch is the best branch - hands down. After leaving another branch where I couldn't tell if people worked there, I came this branch, and my concerns were addressed in less than 5 minutes - I was greeted within 10 seconds and offered assistance. I'm extremely pleased with how this branch operates. It's worth the extra drive.

        Took a friend to open an account here at this location (Metrowest). We were greeted by a young man with a warm smile,not only did he look and smell good,his Customer Service skills were amazing,we really enjoyed our experience yesterday with Joel Cisneros. His ability to engage and not rush us through the process meant the world to a couple of Senior Citizens!
