When this bank was Vista it was great. I have had multiple accounts and loans with them and have always enjoyed having them. However, when they became Partners... where to begin? This is the second time my debit card reached its expiration and 3 weeks later it's still processing. How am I supposed to make purchases without a debit card and making my credit card balances go up? And call backs... forget it. No one will call you back.
