        This bank has the worst costumer service!!!

        The most convenient bank is anything but that. Upon entry, no warm welcome from either the branch manager or the associate behind the counter. After little explanation, I was told I was unable to cash a check for my roomate who is in the hospital in recovery. I was told rudely several times to be quiet by the branch manager. I am extremely unimpressed with this entire unpleasant and very discouraging experience.
