I opened my account with Fairwinds at 16 when I started working, it's been 17 years, and in that time span I dabbled with SunTrust and BOA, both with undesirable results, came back to Fairwinds (I had moved where there wasnt any FW branches, which was why I opened other accts) but ultimately I just love the service and the easy online banking... I have multiple accts with them and never any problems. Thanks for always providing great customer service!

Michelle in the loans department was excellent. I bought a new Chevy and the loan process was quick and the interest rate was amazing! Can’t say enough good things about my experience.

Ana S at this location has changed my view of the consumer banking industry. Seriously, other institutions should take note. She has handled any issue/problem I've had with speed, grace, and a friendly smile to boot. Fairwinds has reasonable rates and excellent programs, and frequently conducts reach-out due diligence to ensure that this is the case. I never leave reviews unless my recommendation comes essentially as a guarantee, and here it is: anyone will be pleased to do business with this branch, and will be met with phenomenal service especially from this particular teller *Management* - she probably deserves a raise, and brings disproportionate value to your business.
