Prices are competitive, polite, honest, knowledgeable, fair. Needed an air conditioner. The man was able to get the unit for me pretty quick when there was none to be had. Most people said wait three weeks and they could come out. He had it three days later. Drove all the way to Miami to get it for me. And installed it on a Saturday morning. When he didnt even have to I highly recommend this company. And Im a handyman, so I know a thing or two. These companies and how they work. This is a go to Guy.

Price is very competitive, however it's all about service.. they are professional, clean and explain the process in detail.. definitely the only AC vendor going forward

We used Kristian for two ac replacements. The last one was to replace the unit impacted by Hurricane Ian. Could not complete interior installation of thermostat until our unit was repaired. It has been repaired and Kristian Air (Justin) said, they were too busy to come back to do this i have waited quite some time to get this completed. I will NOT use Kristian Air again, and have signed a service contract with HomeTec who we are now usingthey are responsive and always available to get the job done!
