Louis, Trevor, and Lee were absolutely incredible! They were so knowledgeable, and kind, and worked so hard the whole day to get our AC fixed and running. I used Certified's services for the first time in June 2021 to perform maintenance on my air conditioner. Tony was my service technician and I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He was very professional and friendly and did a very thorough job. He explained everything he was doing and I was provided with a detailed description of the work performed along with pictures showing the condition of my air conditioner. I also spoke with Dawn and Brandon in the office and was very impressed with the exceptional customer service I received from everyone at Certified. We had Tony as our technician. He was extremely helpful and kind. We loved his energy. He is a was knowledgeable technician. He worked very efficiently and new exactly what he was doing. Definitely requesting him next time! We are very satisfied with our services!
