JP Brett & Sons Air Conditioning

Had my annual maintain A/C check with JP Brett & Sons today. As usual they did not disappoint. The tech Brady was very professional, courteous, and thorough.

I have had many other companies work on my Air Conditioners before, but they all seem to want me to buy a new unit, and basically exaggerate how much it would cost to keep the current unit going. I recommend getting on Brett's maintenance plan, as they look to see not only what is working, but what is about to fail. My 2 year old Air conditioner had a water condensate pump that was working, but it was about to fail, as it was running when it had not water to pump. It was going to fail sometime in the near future, and knowing how it is in Florida, it would most likely fail on a weekend of a record heatwave in the summer, when many others will fail as well. So they replaced my pump at half the cost it would normally cost (with my permission of course!) Many other companies would not even bother to trouble shoot this problem, as the pump was still working, but it was clearly going to fail as they are not supposed to run when there is nothing to pump. Brett A/C takes the time to really look at your A/C and figure out what is working and what isn't. I have been using them for many years, and they have kept many other A/C units running, and would always take the time to explain to me why certain problems will cause total failure. I recommend getting on a maintenance plan with Brett's A/C because they have literally saved me many thousands of dollars on not just my home, but my rental properties as well.

Had a problem with our compressor and Caleb was our hero! He made a service call and diagnosed the problem immediately. He found out it was under warranty and took care of everything except the labor and freon gas. We were up and running in no time Ask for Caleb!! Highly recommend Brett AC.

My condo property manager told me to call my AC company because I heard a loud noise from my ceiling above my bathroom exhaust fan. Samuel, the technician, arrived the same day, quickly determined it was not related to my AC. He could have ended his service call then but instead wanted to help determine the cause of the noise. He went up into the attic and provided me with pictures as well as an invoice stating that it was probably a malfunctioning exhaust fan. His extra efforts were so appreciated. Samuel was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and provided customer service above and beyond what was necessary . Something so lost nowadays - customer service!! Thank you JP Brett and Samuel.
