I want to praise Service Experts.I purchased our second complete ac system from them and the Lenox System was installed yesterday. The installers Lexi and Britton did a flawless install. They were prompt, courteous and answered all my questions. They took the time to explain the operation of the new system and got the S 40 Smart Thermostaton line and got my Lenox App installed onto all my Apple devices. Britton did a great job in helping with that.Lexy did and outstanding install. He is very knowleable about the mechanics and electrical connection to get our system working flawlessly. My sales person Ronnie Quiones was excellent. He will go the xtra mile to answer all your questions no make certain that you understand everything. He is a very good listener.Thanks to Pablo Estradathe GM for his assistance in getting the pricing necessary to close the sale. Thanks to Anna for getting my products properly registered with Lenox and getting my rebates processed with Lenox.
