Highly recommend! Greeted by Francesca within a minute of stepping out of car. We knew what we were generally looking for when we arrived and she was amazing from start to finish. No pushiness. Explained car features. Omar, our finance consultant was very personal and didn't push or make us feel guilty for not wanting a few of the extras they add. This was our first Acura, coming from a Ford Bronco, and it won't be our last. Thank you!

I live out of state and dealt with Francesca over the phone over the course of a few days to purchase a 2020 TLX. She was very responsive via telephone/text, sent multiple videos of the car, and overall made the purchase incredibly simple. I flew down and the paperwork was prepared and organized to sign. She took the time to show me all the technology during the test drive and even topped off the tank when it was 95% full.
