I came in this branch for notary first time for unclaimed money owed to me that I had no idea I had. From accounted that would charge me $300.00. Did not mail the notarized letter. Second letter received from attorneys charging me $ 230.00. Second time returned to my bank to notarize second letter. Thats when the teller looking out for me brought manager and both explained how unclaimed worked and both concerned that I would not be taken advantage of. Today I deposited check and got all my money owed. These ladies are awesome and I am so happy be member.

I have to brag on my experience last week with Elainna Cuce, Branch Manager. I have never had such an easy, joyful auto loan experience in my life. From begging to end Elainna was all smiles and positive energy, and welcomed any and all questions. I work in banking as well, so I am well aware that managers/LOs like Elainna are hard to come by. With her running the branch, I dont see how any customer could ever be unhappy. 10/10 Elainna sealed the deal and my accounts will certainly stay with Trax as long as shes there!
