Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Closing this branch at N Socrum defeats my reason for selecting BOA here! Does management even know how difficult it is to access and use the branch on 98N or downtown? Do they plan to keep an ATM on N Socrum? You didn’t answer my question!

Every time I’ve tried to make a transaction at the counter I get attitude because I choose to not use the ATM!

Manager is rude and clueless tellers and staff act like they really don’t want to be there. Bottom line Bank of America is the most crooked bank in America.

Fast and efficient. Never had any issues. Been banking with bofa for 3 years now. Also all of the negative reviews, kind of confusing. They have a number on the back of your debit card for customer service line which I’ve used many times and in most cases, they can handle 95% of what financial centers can do. So why go in person and get bent out of shape, when most things you can do on the phone, online, or in the mobile app. I get if you need to bring cash to the bank but even that you can do at the atm. You can literally open an account online and don’t even need to go in branches these days. Some people are old fashioned, but times change and we need to keep up with the technology aspect. 5 stars for bofa. Thanks for all you guys do!
