I was looking for a specific Emser porcelain tile and couldn't find it anywhere. I finally got a hold of Crystal in Jacksonville office and she became a God send for me. She didn't have an extra sample but she went out of her way and had their Ft. Lauderdale office immediately ship two samples via UPS. She didn't have to do this but she was very customer focused and pleasant to deal with. I wish everyone was this focused and valued their job.

Of all the tile places we went in Gainesville and Jacksonville, this store had the best selection of really beautiful tile at a price we could afford. The sales person Dyanne was extremely helpful and pleasant. We did all of the floors in our house with their tile and we couldn't be happier.
