        This is our first time here, we are building a house in the Jacksonville area. We were able to find everything we needed and the service was excellent.

        We drove over an hour to go to this "store" to order custom made tile only to arrive and see a note by the locked door stating we had to call for an appointment! We have been buying tile for decades without encountering such a ridiculous requirement. When someone was exiting--she held the door and we entered only to be greeted by someone who said she couldn't help us (though there was no other customer in the place). We wondered exactly what her function was!! One can generally enter "RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS" without making appointments. Don't waste you time with this place. There are LOTS of other places to order EXPENSIVE TILE!!

      Mary, I am so sorry that you drove so far and were disappointed. We try to post on our website & all of our social media platforms that the showroom is by appointment only. We have been by appointment for about 3 years now. However, Google only lets you put numbers in the open hours area & does not allow for notes like 'appointment required' or similar. We can understand your frustration. We do allow folks to browse at their leisure, unassisted, if they would like & welcome them to set up an appointment or email the showroom manager with any photos or items that they would like information on &/or pricing. However, that may not have been your expectation, and for that I am sorry.We do have some staff members that are not salespeople or designers, so they are not familiar with the showroom materials, pricing, or how to assist with tile selections. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and do hope that you found the perfect tile for your project. Have a wonderful day.
