I cannot say enough great things about Mercury carpet and Cristal. From the moment we walked in Cristal was incredibly helpful giving us all the information we needed to get what we wanted at the best value. We were working on a difficult timeline and Cristal made everything happen seamlessly! Ill never need to search for another carpet store, well go back here every time!

The carpet installation turned out great. The carpet itself is incredibly soft and seems well constructed. The only issue was my base boards were damaged from the tools needed to stretch the carpet to the tack strips. I was told it was because they were cardboard? They will need to be repainted but other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with the service and product.

Bought carpet from Mercury 35 years ago. Was so happy with the quality and service that I didn't consider going anywhere else when it was time to upgrade. Highly recommend!
