Desperately needed a new look in flooring, but I have been putting it off until I recently heard there was a wholesale place that is now open to the public. What a great surprise awaited us -- a fabulous selection of tiles, wood flooring, luxury vinyl plank, and amazing carpet at varied price points. We were a little overwhelmed by the many beautiful choices when help quickly arrived as Matt came to our aid. He was exceptionally skilled in putting together several different combinations that will fit the space and achieve the look I am dreaming about. Since we spend some much time in our home now, I am confident updating the flooring is going to make all the difference in how we enjoy it. I feel sure that the whole team at The Floor Club will work hard to ensure our dingy, dated look disappears!

Notice how the only good review are years ago. Honestly, since the manager Lauren Kunst allowed Matt Youell to bully and force out the only two competent and decent salespeople out it hasn't been the same. Matt is also a scammer who tries to sell you anything "at a good price" just to get his numbers up. The whole place has just become unethical since new management and owners took over. Be careful buying from them.

Grab your contractor and go! Every once in a while, you come across some wonderful thing that begs to be shared. If you are thinking about replacing the flooring in your home or business, think The Floor Club. TFC is a wholesale establishment which allows your contractor to sign up for a free membership on the spot so you are able to view a great selection of quality flooring choices at wholesale prices. The crew there were exceptional. Debbie gave us a warm welcome before handing us over to a deeply knowledgeable salesman Matt. Matt was a careful listener and seemed to have a great intuitive sense of how to achieve our vision. Ive been fighting my Champagne Taste forever and Matt was able to direct us to a more affordable choice that accomplished the vision easily. We were graciously checked on us several times by the manager Lauren. Super convenient location on Beach outside the FSCJ entrance. Stop by for what I am sure will be a great experience!

I completed a full home remodel over the holidays. As a first time purchaser of floors for a home, there was a lot I did not know and I own that. My contractor brought a floor sample to my home that was displayed nicely on pallet that looked thick and shiny - the store is unable to provide an actual piece of the flooring as they ship their wood in from south Florida. That was my first mistake - buying from a store that cannot provide an actual sample of the floor. Since I liked the sample, I ordered the floor. Unfortunately when it arrived, it did not look like the sample the store had loaned me to bring home. It was dull and splintery and what's worse, as thin as my fingernail. I could have broken it in half. I knew this floor would ruin my project so I asked my contractor to return it. Since Floor Club orders from out of town and pays lots for shipping, they initially did not want to take the wood floor back and claimed their sample looked like the floor delivered. I wish it would have as it cost me a lot of $ and time and energy. Ultimately, they took it back but charged me a $1600 restocking fee! (this was for 1000 sq feet of flooring). So Floor club got to restock it for resale and keep my $1600. What a blow for me. Once I got over the anger and the lack of customer service, I went to a different flooring store where I was able to get an actual sample of the wood floor I picked. It was beautiful and I was able to get it delivered the next day for $200 AND no restocking fee would have been incurred had I changed my mind. The second place I shopped was much more "first-time floor buyer friendly".

If Matt or Lauren is selling you something be careful. The price seems low and then getting ready for finalize; the price has changed and is higher.
