Horrible experience with ATM. Took card, pin and Amount of cash then shut down, rebooted and took my card didn't dispenser cash and took the money from my account

ATM is out of order. It's been awhile and still not fixed.

Virtually never in operation, which is deeply frustrating because there is no other Chase ATM or branch nearby.
