    I went into the ocean way location to do a refinance on my truck that I had with PNC and I was very unhappy I sat with miss Talisa Gibbs and Katrina Stephens they were absolutely amazing it seemed as if The new system is not Good. Honestly if it wasn't for these 2 ladies I would've never got the documents completed I understand changes good but if the system doesn't work and makes it this hard for the customer and employees. Perhaps you should look into why. I think something should be done about the long delays. It took over 1 and1/2 weeks just get my docs to sign These 2 ladies went above and beyond it is now 5:22 and I'm just leaving the bank .. very very HAPPY!

    The phone is just plan ridiculous I have called about 10 times from 9am when they opened till a little after noon not one person has answered the phone or returned my phone call yet ! Over 3 hours Ive been trying to call, why is there even A receptionist desk for a phone line if nobody ever answers the phone this is not the first time Ive called and never got an answer or response !!!!

    I just recently opened up an account at Vystar, in Oceanway, though they were extremely busy, I believe they took the time necessary to address every bankers situation and concerns that day. No one wants to seem like their being rushed, especially when in regards to their finances. Celina was professional, attentive and knowledgeable, able to address any concerns or questions I may have had. Vystar will also check around to get you the lowest possible rate on your car insurance, if you wanted a quote. So would I recommend Vystar? Certainly.

    Most of my activity involves the use of the atm. There used to be 3 atm's and everything used to be fine. Since the removal of the 3rd atm, it has become extremely common for the available atm's, both attached to the branch itself, to be down or unavailable for cash deposits. Most of my deposits occur after work when the branch is closed. Though it is my own fault for poor planning, the atm's are extremely inconsistent with their liability for this feature that I heavily rely on. I definitely need to bank with someone else who can meet my needs, but I'm pretty sure this issue effects a lot of vystar members. I'm usually not the only one going to the drive up atm and then parking to use the walk-up atm just to immediately walk away. We have lives, they get busy, and the inconsistency cost some of us, who live paycheck to paycheck, fees when we have bills that are due.
