if it was possible to give 0 stars i would. This pharmacy lost my controlled substance prescription & has had 0 contact with me since i have been inquiring about what went wrong. I have called multiple times & there seems to be no urgency to find out what went wrong. I dont know if they gave my prescription to someone else, if they filled it & took the pills for themselves. The DEA had to be notified & the state in order for me to try to get my medications.

20 minutes on hold with pharmacy. Transfered 7 times then finally had call dropped.

I have been using this pharmacy for 4 years with 5 different monthly medications and they have always been extremely unhelpful & understaffed & sometimes rude. HOWEVER, just a couple of days ago I called about an insurance issue and the usual answer is they wont cover it, figure it out with your doctor, I cant help you But this new lady, (I say this because I have never gotten her in the 4 years I have been using this pharmacy) bless her heart, was already working on finding an alternative for the med that god forsaken BCBS refused to cover. She told me she needed a little more time to work on it & said she would call back. Not even an hour later she calls back & said that she called BCBS (I work in healthcare & would rather scrub a toilet then make a call to this poor excuse of an insurance provider, they are such a nightmare) But this pharmacy lady CALLED THEM FOR ME & figured out how to get a med that would work for the weird way I have to take it & get them to cover it. I am impressed & cant stop thinking about how nice & how helpful she was & how she took the time to ACTUALLY help me. I wish I could remember her name. I hope shes the new manager of the pharmacy because its such a contrast to my years of poor interactions with them. She went above & beyond and Im very grateful for that. Your ridiculous wait times are worth it if this lady is who answers the phone. Thank you !!!
