CVS

Updated 02/18/23 I have increased my rating, as their service has greatly improved over the past year. It is now possible to get someone on the phone in a fairly short amount of time and it's far easier to get in and out with your prescription in a reasonable amount of time. I did not move my prescriptions to Walmart, as I had planned, because of my insurance. I will continue to use this CVS. This is the WORST pharmacy I have EVER been to! It doesn't even deserve ONE star. I have waited on hold for over an hour on multiple occasions. The last time I was in there (and it will be THE last time) there were three people behind the counter. I had tried to call them on the way there, to hopefully speed things up (they had left a voicemail for me earlier in the week). I was on hold for 15 minutes and finally gave up. When I got there and complained that it is literally impossible to reach them by phone, I was given the same lame excuse about their phone system not working properly (same excuse for the last two years). Then, when he pulled my prescriptions, they had issues (ones that I had already discussed the last time I was there and they were supposed to take care of). He went to check on the issue, and stopped to answer the phone, while I waited another 10 minutes at the counter. I finally gave up and told/motioned for him to call me. I am moving ALL of my prescriptions to Wal-Mart, even though it will cost me extra - it will be worth not having to put up with CVS. It is literally the WORST PHARMACY EVER! This is only the second Google Review I have ever written - I'm so aggravated, two days later, that I just had to write this one! If you have high blood pressure, avoid this place!

Bathroom is in need of an actual cleaning. The urinal has mold growing on it like it's never been cleaned. Soap dispenser was broken and did not have any soap. It's disgusting.

They've told me my order will be ready tomorrow for like 5 days now. And they keep telling me they ordered it and it will get there at 1-2pm. Everyday. Day 5 and promised it will be ready at 5:55. Still not ready, and I called them 2 times today already about it. They also said it was $25 last week and now they say it's $940. Incompetent

Im not sure why this CVS has a low rating everyone there was pleasant and kind especially the lady who helped me at the pharmacy. I wish I had wrote down her name, I think she was the manager though! The kindness she showed me was amazing and she went far out of her way to help me. I wish there was more I could do to thank you!

I've frequented this CVS and it's always been pleasant. I've never had issues here and the Pharmacy has always taken care of me.
