So our refrigerator had been leaking for a while and we didn't know where it was coming from. My husband found Kennedy online. He was close to us & said he would come at 11. He came at 1030 which was a pleasant surprise. He found the problem and fixed it. Also he told my husband that he was only going to charge $99 & no more than that. And despite him having to buy all the parts he needed, he stuck to his word. Straightforward and does the job well. Highly recommended Kennedy Appliance.
