Negotiated time (assuming with owner) and he came by as he said he would hence the 3 stars. However, from what my wife said, he literally walked in and didn't even stop. He saw the fridge and said, "I don't work on those refrigerators because they're four door". I have a French style Whirlpool refrigerator with the standard two doors on top and two bottom drawers (freezer). He basically said that our refrigerator was too complicated and that we needed to hire a Whirlpool technician because there are three separate computers in our unit. It would have been nice to know that he wouldn't work on our fridge to begin with by requesting a model number or something. He never asked me so I didn't think it was an issue. It would have saved me/us time as I had been researching for a technician to come out as soon as possible.

I contacted Dorrell's to see about a repair and he was knowledgeable enough to be able to do some diagnostics and make suggestions to assist me. The honesty here is why I will call again when I have any other appliance issues.
