My refrigerator went out a day after purchasing groceries. I was in a panic. I called a few companies. Most of them had a wait of a week or more. I called Burrows & Co. who also had a wait, however, I was surprised when they said they could fit me in. I was pleased to know that Burrows & Co. cared about saving my groceries. Great company!! Very knowledgeable and attentive. I'm glad I chose Burrows & Company LLC.

Absolutely love this company and will use them again. I 100% recommend using this company. They came and fixed my dryer and he was literally done within a few mins. The technician was very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations on how to maintain my washer and dryer. Their customer service was out out of this world starting from the person who took the call to the technician who fixed the dryer.

They were doing some work for me on my dishwasher via my home warranty company. The tech that came out was great and said it be a week he’d just order parts. I’ve been told they’ve had the parts for over a month now and just won’t come out to do the repair. It’s been over 2 months since they first came out. The person that answers their phones is terrible. it’s just nonstop BS from this guy. I’d really like my diagnosis Fee back after this much frustration. I’ve been On the schedule 3 weeks in a row and no one shows up. It be more fun putting your own head in the oven then calling them to fix something at your house. If they didn’t want the job 2 months ago they could have just told me.
