Let me be honest, I have never considered buying from a used appliance dealer. I would prefer Craigslist before going to a salesman (which is where I found Trade Smart). HOWEVER these guys were top notch. I told Chris that we recently bought the fridge of my wife's dreams at Sears but it couldn't be delivered until the end of February, and we just bought a new house that we were moving into the next weekend, so we were on a tight budget. He gave us a solid fridge, delivered and hooked up that Sunday, for exactly what we had budgeted. Plus it came with a 90 warranty, which was more than we required and 60 days more than I could find anywhere else. The ice maker didn't have an ice pan, and Chris went the extra mile of ordering one from his out-of-state supplier at no additional cost to us (NOT cheap! I scoured the internet and that stupid ice pan cost almost half what we paid for the fridge). He's a man of his word and his deeds spoke louder than his words when it came to customer satisfaction. Without reservation, I highly recommend Trade Smart Appliances.
