Ken is a great appliance repair professional. He arrived early, worked fast and found a creative solution to my most irritating refrigerator problem. His price was great, and - bonus - he was nice :) I'll definitely call him again if I'm in need of repair services.

Ken was punctual, professional and honest. He assessed our washer and presented honest choices and options to us regarding repair vs. replacing. Some repair service companies would have strung us along with repairs that would have been useless and costly. Ken was straight up! I assume I got Ken on Friday. Called Thursday afternoon near 5pm and left a message. Ken fit me in for the next day and got it fixed in Les than an hour. Prices seemed very fair and he was a genuinely nice person. Very glad to have found him and recommend using in the future.

Having problems with my washing machine and decided to call this company because they have great reviews. The person on the phone was able to give me good information, advice, and was very nice. Will definitely call if I ever need any repairs. Thank you! Edit: It has been over two years now and my fridge went out. Went on google to find someone and found my old review about Ken. Gave him a call and set an appointment for him to come out. Very quickly he was able to find the problem and fix it in no time. My fridge is 12 years old and the compressor starter was dead. Ken was a super awesome guy and did a great job with fixing my fridge and explaining everything. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend using Ken if you need any appliance repairs ( except Samsung and LG because it is your fault for buying junk that goes out and over charges for cheaply made parts )
