Sold my employee a phone and didnt even set it up for him. Were not able to use the phone properly and have to call Verizon support multiple times for help instead of the employee just doing his job while the phone was there. We have now gone the whole weekend not having this resolved. Absolutely ridiculous.

So I have spent over 4 hours getting new phones then I was the first one here this morning at 9am to drop off trades. But they would not process the drop off of a trade 8n. What is the difference of you dropping your trade in keys to a car or a phone? Then when I stopped back in I was told I need to wait for other coustomers again! Now I will have another hour just in trying to drop phones off in time!!!
