Misha gave us the wrong information and upgraded my wife's phone to s23 for no cost with trade in but then the store manager Dex told us we're not qualified (good thing we came back to the store 4 days later, if not we would've never know and ended up paying monthly for the phone) Although the issue had been resolved it was such a waste of our time. Maybe doing it online is better than going to the store because their own workers dont even know how to do their job.

I went here after speaking with T-Mobile Home Internet Support to get a replacement gateway, as instructed by support. I walked in and was told right off the bat, we don't do that here. But they could sell me a new plan for $35 to cancel my existing line and start a new one to get a replacement gateway. After I told them that's not right nor true, I left, telling them I would go to another store. Which I did and was serviced tight away and got my replacement! This is NOT a typical T-Mobile Experience!
