        Thank God Patricia was working today!! I was able to purchase a new phone for a reasonable price finally after visiting two other locations and being told the cheapest option they had was going to be $240 after tax+setup. Patricia equipped me with a new smart phone for a reasonable amount and also made sure I got my grandfathered monthly membership rate as well. She's the best.
