Could not have asked for a better experience and I am in LOVE with my results. Steph truly makes you feel comfortable and safe from the second you walk into her doors. She answers any and all questions you have and is not afraid to be honest! Something I loved about Steph was that she opened and mixed all products being used in front of me while explaining what they were. It made me comfortable knowing exactly what I was getting and exactly how much. Thank you Steph!

I finally visited Steph at The Plump Room after following her for over a year. I love her work & always recommend her to my friends. I usually bruise and swell after a regular facial but with Steph I had minimal swelling and bruising and I was able to go about my day. I cant wait to see my final results in 2-3 weeks. She takes her time and explains everything. I will be definitely coming back!

This was my second time going to Stephanie for lips. She does a good job with my lips but when I asked for the new service for dark circles under my eyes she immediately hit my vein with the canula and I was in excruciating pain. The first picture is immediately after she injected me. The second is 24 hours later and the third is 48 hours later. I was hesitant to write this review because I was waiting for Stephanie to contact me to see how my eye was doing but its 72 hours later and she hasnt followed up with me. She follows up for my lips and not damage that she did to my eye? It is very unprofessional and Im writing this review to make other women aware that she doesnt have enough practice or experience to be working on peoples eyes. I was fortunate that I immediately stopped her. I can only image the damage she would have done if I had let her continue. Stephanie does great lips but becareful when it comes to procedures on your eyes. Ask her how many she has done and how much experience she has. I wish I had done the same.
