        Renata performed a hydrafacial on me and it was wonderful! It was relaxing and left my face feeling amazing! She helped me customize the facial to ensure that we focused on my problem areas. The location was easy to find and the office is clean and calming. Dr. Garcia was also very nice and accommodating! I love out of state and will definitely be back for more treatments. Im so happy with the results!!!

        DR IS LICENSED FOR INTERNAL MEDICINE HE DOES NOT SPECIALIZE IN FILLERS. I by far had the worse experience when I went to go it under eye filler. When I left his office my under eyes had an abnormal reaction which shows that the fillers were not placed correctly. For three weeks my under eyes were extremely inflated giving me a very weird look and I complained about my results every day after patiently waiting. I had to go somewhere else to dissolve my filler and they were able to fix it by giving me much better results and there was no prolonged swelling. This was a horrific experience which made me feel super insecure and the Dr. refused to give me a refund better yet a partial refund after continuously crying about how he botched my face. Please avoid getting under eye fillers here. You will regret it. Upon checking on his website he is only licensed for internal medicine not for fillers. When I left his office with an unusual reaction with my face not getting any better I immediately knew something wasnt right. I also purchased a facial that I did not receive and he refused to refund me. After I patiently waited for the final result which was botched, I complained and addressed my concerns in which he refused to take responsibility and tried to tell me this is normal when it wasnt. He poked several needles which gave me a superficial and botched look.

        It is an excellent clinic with exceptional results because I loved how I looked after the Botox application and the atmosphere is very welcoming and the care is very good. Dr Ren for all the services provided without a doubt I recommend it to you friends you will not regret it

We appreciate every chance to improve and take your comments seriously.As a family-owned med spa, we value our reputation and ethical practice, and we always ensure that all treatments meet high standards.Treating the under eye can be a delicate area with many variables to consider. Technique by canula or injection, product selection, and individual anatomical issues such as the patient's lymphatic system, past surgery in the area, or previous under eye filler (by impeding lymphatic drainage) can all induce edema and lengthen recovery time. In our clinic, we recommend splitting a procedure into two sessions, especially for first-time patients. We anticipate that the patient will recover quickly, although in some circumstances, edema (swelling) may linger longer than predicted.We recognize that issues may develop following treatment, which is why we provide comprehensive aftercare, including extended communication and invites to in-person evaluations, to ensure patient satisfaction. We ask patients to come to the office so that we may document all of their complaints (by clinical photographs) and develop a clinical strategy to address their problems. Unfortunately, you were unable to complete this critical aftercare follow-up step. While we strive to deliver the greatest five-star service possible, as many of our patients have attested, we know that not every outcome will meet all expectations.
