I went for full body laser on a special they had. I employees were all very nice but some of the girls who would perform laser on me would start on my bottom and THEN move to my face. I thought it was common sense to start face and leave bottom areas last. After all 10 sessions of laser ALL my hair grew back after only 2 months. I even went to a gyno to confirm my hormones were balanced and they were. They would switch me to many different rooms for every session and every room had a different machine. When I went to the room in the back I would tell them I wouldn't see results with the machine and they still put me there. I'm very disappointed. Service: Laser hair removal

I've been coming here for years. I love the staff, it feels like visiting friends every time I go. I've done different services they offer and they do a great job every time. They have a great environment, always very clean and at a great location in coral gables. It's a great place for laser, facials, and more.

I've been going to this place for almost a year now, i paid for six sessions first and then I paid for a whole year of sessions, nevertheless they have charged me TWICE with " no show fees" because I've canceled a couple of hours before the appointment. Companies like this only want to profit from their clients NOTHINg else. I trusted their services because of the " Cool look" they tried to present. I believe they only have one good new machine and I only was treated in that room the first sessions. I still have lots of hair and I seriously couldn't believe they charged me another " no show" even I canceled before the appointment because I have a baby and it's literally raining like crazy today. I can't believe they have understanding to their loyal clients. Me myself I'm a business owner and understand policies but this is so dumb. I would never want to build bad rep over 25$ dollars of a loyal client which has a baby and has only cancel one time over the course of an entire year. After my sessions are done I will never return to this place. Service: Laser hair removal
